In this ANYDOKO video we taste one of the world’s favourite Japanese foods, ramen. We travelled to regional Akita Prefecture to meet multiple award-winning Ramen Master, Toda Keichii. The master shows us how to make the perfect bowl of ramen with three main elements; noodles, tare and soup.
