Sino Land

Brief

Sino Land is one of Hong Kong’s largest property developers. The company was building a set of new apartment buildings in West Kowloon and wanted to showcase the area to potential buyers.

They partnered with South China Morning Post who asked us to create a content film that showed the new West Kowloon Cultural district from a different angle.

Solution

We cast one of the architects that worked on the district to provide their insights into what the district means for a world city such as Hong Kong. Looking into urban planning and the use of creative spaces while touring the new district and its facilities.
